Now that you have ETH in your crypto wallet, it’s time to MINT…but where do you sell NFT art?
You can sell your digital art at an NFT marketplace or make your own contract.
Here are two marketplaces that I personally use and recommend, you don’t need to apply for an invitation so you can get started straight away!
Prepare your artwork, title, description and decide your price.

Foundation
Recommended for artist’s focusing on 1/1 art.

Opensea
Recommended for collections and projects.

Or, if you can go straight to creating your own contract easily through
Manifold

Some common questions:

How much does it cost to mint an NFT? What is gas?
For every transaction we need to pay a gas fee.
That means sending ETH, creating a smart contract, minting the artwork and burning.

Prices vary based on the market. During a slow market this can cost less than 20 bucks but during the bull run of 2021 we were minting artworks for 200 dollars ..yikes.

What is “burning”?
Once you mint it’s permanently on the blockchain and you won’t be able to make changes unless you “burn” the artwork.
It’s basically deleting your artwork by sending it to a burn address where it’s hidden.

How long does it take to mint artwork?
It usually only takes a few minutes.

Congrats, you’ve minted your first NFT art!
Make sure you post about art and let people know. Don’t feel discouraged if you don’t make a sale right away.

(FYI NFT Marketplaces cannot transfer your old account to a new one if your wallet gets comprised 🙁
Don’t forget to protect your crypto and art with a hardware wallet)
